The Reverend Louis Giardino is Pastor of Good Shepherd Catholic Church, beginning his ministry to the parish in 2006. A leader in the founding of Catholic High School, Father Giardino begins his term as Co-Chair of the Catholic High School Board of Trustees following his service on the Catholic High School Board from 2007 to 2009. He has also contributed to the spiritual life of the school community as Chaplain and teacher in the religion curriculum. In his service to the Diocese of Birmingham in Alabama, Father Giardino has taken many roles, including Associate Pastor and Pastor in several parishes and Finance Officer for the Diocese. A graduate of Notre Dame Seminary in New Orleans, Father Giardino was ordained on May 24, 1975. |
